Hello and thanks for visiting my website.

My name is Rachel Goldsmith and like so many people, I used to suffer badly- with severe panic attacks.. If you are like me, you just want to live a normal, healthy life and be able to do what you want to do, when you want to do it and not be ruled by sickening anxiety or panic attacks.

In my case, panic attacks ruled my life.

As the panic and anxiety worsened, I found myself constantly making up excuses not to go on holiday, not to go to parties and avoiding almost all situations where I was not in total control. I spent over 8 years trying desperately to cure my debilitating problem.
When the panic attacks came, I felt like I was going to die. I thought I was having a heart attack at first. Eventually I stopped going out whenever possible and gave up all the things I loved to do…

I tried everything I could find to solve the problem- medication, relaxation techniques,deep breathing, hypnosis, acupuncture-but nothing worked.

But just when I was about to give up and resign myself to a miserable life…I finally did find something that worked for me. And better still it was fast, simple and very effective... I could NOT believe it…Within 3 days of applying the technique I had noticed a huge difference.

Within a week I was cured… seriously.

Do not knock this until you try it! I was a skeptic at first too….

I created this web site to share my experiences with everyone and to share some information on the disorder which I found helpful. I also continue to add the latest information I discover about anxiety and panic attacks as I now run a support group. 

Panic attacks plague many people. It is a bigger problem than many acknowledge. But you are definately not alone.

I hope you find some useful information here to help you understand your panic and anxiety and find a way to overcome it and avoid panic attacks in the future. If you are a fellow sufferer and have any stories or tips I would love to hear from you.

Most importantly I hope that if you follow the advice and the resources provided here that you are able to get your life back and stop living in the lonely world of a panic attack sufferer…
